PGPmn.dll hehe. i keep getting this damn error whenever i right click on a file. not al files though. ive disabeld active desktop,reinstalled internet explorer(i also did that cause of a problem with visual basic scripting support not working. this may be unrelated but when i try to install to ie6 with i had on my pc it says to try installing again. it stops at installing visual basic scripting support.but if i install ie5 it installs without a prob even though i still get that damn pgpmn.dll error.Any ideas? Thanx.

This is caused by a program you installed named Pretty Good Protection. This program has been causing windows problems for years. Search PGP or Pretty good protection in the Microsoft Support database at microsoft.com. Al

Are you sure? PGPmn.dll is in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM and it's always being used by windows. even in safe mode.
