ok I work for a company and somehow one of our computers got screwed up (and of course i'm being blamed for it even though it wasn't my fault)..anyway here's what happened: My boss installs a Voodoo 3 3000 and tweaks the BIOS, causing spontaneous reboots - I come in after another person has been using the computer and I can't get into Network Neighborhood - I loaded up Norton Utilz and fixed about 208 small errors and therefore my boss thinks that screwed it up even though it made it more stable for the time being (did that on Thursday)...Today I come in, and every time I try to load up something like My Computer, Network Neighborhood, or Recycle Bin, I get an error that "Explorer has caused an error in GDI.exe" and the program shuts down...does anyone have any solutions, or should I just go and reformat? Would also like to add that me and the other person found that Norton Utilz fixing some problems made the system more stable, but what caused all these problems is when they tried throwing in a new network card to fix the Network Neighborhood, and then all the problems started...
