Explorer error after wirelss PCI in

I just installed a belkin wireless pci card on my ME PC and now when the computer starts I get 2 error boxes, first is from panda antivirus, saying one of it's things (different ones each time) has caused and error in Run32.dll and will now close, and the other saying Explorer has caused and error in Explorer and will now close. I've ran ScanDisk and it found no errors, what else should I try?
