I lauch explorer and get message like 'explorer caused error in MSBE.DLL' (DLL varies). Have run Adware, Spybot (and cleaned up accordingly), re-installed explorer, used explorer repair tool in add/remove programs - basically tried everyting I can think of (other than comlplete reinstall of WIndows) - problem persists. Any help would be appreciated

this is just a guess here but maybe you need to install the lastest service pack from the microsoft update web site..
