one of many error messages "Explorer caused an error in Kernel32.dll" I tried to reload explorer from internet but message "cannot continue reinstall because files ar missing from installation directory. Get kicked out of almost all programs now

I'm having trouble with kernel32.dll when i
open outlook explorer. It will say explorer
caused an error and will close my outlook.
