Keep getting:- "An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C0012D2C in VxD ---. this was called from 0028:C023F58B in VxD ---. It may be possible to continue normally..."

Anyone got any suggestions please?

i think OE error are software and OD errors are hardware..anyway it looks like your getting a virtual device driver error thats being called from another location in memory(hex address 0028:c0012dc) what app is causing this?

I've been getting virtually the same:

0028:F000F841 in VxD---. Called from etc.,

I have an Alcatel ADSL link. Apparently there is a communication problem between Me and the link. I get the error notice each time I shut down.

Ihave tried the patch from alcatel with no joy.

I am going to downgrade to win98, I think.

I'm getting the same problem. Can anyone help? I'm using Windows Me and I usually get a blue screen on start up stating... "An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C006115D in VxD VNETBIOS(01) + 00000B8D. This was called from 0028:C023F58B in VxD VMM(0C) + 0000058B. It may be possible to continue normally." If I switch off and then on again and then select normal start up Windows often loads up ok - but not always. CAN ANYONE HELP??? PLEEEASE!! Thanks.
