When I try to access MSN Central Message Boards/Central Forums I receive the error message 'HELPctr has caused an error in MCVSSCRP.DLL and will close.I learned long ago not to mess with dynamic link library files unless I am certain of what I am doing. Anyone any idea what is wrong and/or can suggest a fix ? Thanks
