Error message on msn chat room

when i try and go into a msn chat room i get an error saying
IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL
it only comes up when i try and go in the msn chat room
i have deleted the .pwl files but still no luck and updated my video drivers

hello try going to c:windows,downloaded programs folder and delete the msn chat x active controls there and any other msnchat files there than go try to get into chat you will need to re d/l these. and try this link on kernel32 errors http://www.all-windows.com/kernel32.html
