Hello,
I recently upgrade from Win98 to ME and now an error message win me shutdown.

Regenserv.exe ................etc
and the pc hangup

Try clean booting your system by using MSCONFIG.....and removing most of the startup items

I tried everything untill I updated all the devices to the ME drivers and It was fixed.
