This error message keeps popping up on any program or when there's nothing even running except windows. It's VWIN32(05)+00000 BF4 ERROR :OE:0028:C02A3DCC. I don't know what to do with it. I don't want to re-install window. Help, please.

Error Message "Vwin32(05) + 00000BF4 Error 0E at 0028:C02A3DCC" when you download the latest nVidia software for the vVidia video card and the nView is turned on. to fix turn inView off
This is the only reference I could find for the error message you are getting. As you can see It is a video driver error, You might try downloading an updated driver or ununstall the current one and reinstall the original one.
