Empty folders in ME

Hi All, Has anybody else seen the problem where there seems to be an "empty" menu under the programs menu in ME. If I try to refresh it or delete it, it doesnt work. I have to restart the PC for it to go away.

I have found many such folders marked with simple title's(which don't come to mind at this time), I do a properties check on them, since their empty, and sound like an add-on folder of some sort, I delete them. A week or two later I'd find another one..I don't know how they get there, but they delete.
