Editing 'blank' in context menu

Comment:
Right-clicking on Start opens a context menu which is headed by 'blank' - if that is selected, 'StartMenu' opens. Is there a way of editing the word 'blank' to a more decriptive title ?

On my 98, the first line is Open and it does open the start menu. What else shows when you right click on 'start'? Specifically do 'Explore' and 'Find' show there?

Specifically for 'Start', I have been able to change the 'blank' entry in Context menu to 'Open' by editing the Registry suitably.
(On the desktop), folders will have 'Open', but files will have 'blank' as the first entry in their Context menu.
I think editing some line in Registry should fix it, but which one ? There are some 300 occurrances of 'blank' in the Registry.
