Went to eBay website and got a message saying that my computer is not accepting their cookie??? It also mentioned the possibility of a firewall, but do not have any.

hello goto internet options and delete all cookies and temp files. allso do you have a pop up blocker or cookie stopper. and you should get a fire wall. zone alarm has a veary good free one thats easy to use.

check your cookie options in IE at tools/internet options/privacy. some sites don't like the prompt option turned on in advanced mode.
