Comment:

When I plug in my mp3 player I get an error message
If I click on drive e in *my computer*.
Message is *please insert a disc into drive e*

I have another mp3 which works fine as does my flash drive stick.

Can anyone recognize the problem?

If I try to format I get a message saying
memory resources to low and cannot proceed. When I check memory level its really quite high.I have read a number of times that formatting mp3 players is not a good idea.
I am open to any solution though.
