When i start my computer I get an error message dw.exe .If i close that box there is no problem.why is that error when i start the PC.please help

Hello Raj, Do a search for a folder named "Downloadware" If you find it, delete it. It contains spyware which includes "DW.exe". Most likely from a site like Kazaa. Regards, Ray.

Find the Downloadware folder under program files and simply delete it, it is an add-on program which is added when KaZaa has been installed.
DW.exe error should no longer appear when this is deleted.

There's more to dw.exe and downloadware. Downloadware is a trojan that installs the SmartPops application meaning you get spyware and all kinds of pop-up windows when browsing. Check this link out for proper removal. Follow the instructions step for step without deviating.
