When i go to open my movie it says that the ASPI for windows is not available. Then down below in the detailed section it says: Only a 32-bit CD-ROM driver is supported.
Please make sure a 32-bit CD-ROM driver is installed.

I had the same problem and alsohave windows ME. The solution is to install the latest ASPI drivers version 4.70. This will take care of your problem. You can down load the files at: http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/driverdetail.html?cat=/Product/ASPI-4.70&filekey=aspi_v470.exe Just copy then paste the above link. This will solve your exact problem. It did for me.
