Dvd burner problem

I just bought a dvd burner and someone was installing the software on it, Nero I believe and this "Exception 0E 0028:00000002 in VxD called from 0028:C001D324 in VxD---" came up on a blue screen and then later on it said something about win-aspi file not found so I tried downloading the file and it still isn't doing anything PLEASE HELP!!!

You should also disable your anti-virus prog during install.
