hello
have you tryed going to internet options and connections.settings, properties?
when your dial up window comes up try properties there or right click it. ive used the rember pass word just dont rember witch one it was .

Lerch,
Try removing the connection then recreating it, during the setup wizard choose to create a desktop shortcut for the connection and see if you experience the same problem.I dont really know what could be causing your problem. I experienced a situation with windows 2000 where the password masking currupts the password causing me to get an invalid password message. I would have to delete the current password and manually enter it to get connected. I was able to resolve this by connecting with the connection shortcut created in DUNs wizard instead of just using IEs quick launch.
