I'm dual booting with Me and 2000. I want to just use 2000....how do i get rid of Me???? I need detailed instructions cause I'm not very good at these things. THanks

hello it depends on what drive you have m.e on. in windoz 2000 goto my computer and right click on drive windoz m.e is on and click on format click ok when asked and wait a few minets whalah is gone gone gone.you will lose all data on drive m.e is on so bewarned have a nice day

DO NOT DO WHAT RESPONSE #1 SAYS BECAUSE IT WILL WIPE YOUR BOOT SECTOR! if you had a separate partition for me and 2000 you can delete the windows dir in the me partition after that while you are in 2000 in folder options select view options to show hidden/system files and look for the file in the root drive named "boot" delete the line that pertains to windows NOT WINDOWS 2000! you will have to take read attributes off to do this and then put the attributes back on after you are done. save as "boot" and then reboot your machine! it should boot into 2000
