I have WinMe on my C drive (30G) now, I am planing to install Linux also, I know I have to do partition at first. My Q is which OS has to be on the primary drive, Linux or WinMe?

I have ME on C: and Mandrake on what would normally be D: Install GRUB or LILO during the Linux setup or put Bootmagic on C: afterwards and you should get the option of what OS to boot.
