dsetup.dll file not found

During start up I get an error message that dsetup.dll file not found. What does this mean, and how do I fix it. I had a virus awhile ago and its done this ever since I ran my Norton for the virus. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Norton Antivirus is horrible, get PC cillin or MacAfee. you can try going to a site that lets you download .dll files and looking for that one. Dsetup.dll is not a regular system file so it must be one associated with your games or programs. hope this helps.
