howdy. maybe you can help me? I have a vivitar 10&20 digital camera that worked great until yesterday when I hooked it up to my computer as usual to download some pics, and it usualy works great. but this time when I clicked on the aquire button to upload the pics I get this message>>there is a twain error, maybe the scanner is not connected??? there is no scanner on this cable, the only scanner I have is part of my lexmark X83 three in one. anyone have an idea why this would happen. the software is arcsoft/photo impression 3.0. any advice would be much apreciated...charlie :O)
Sorry Charlie (Funny). Well anyways, sounds like a real problem. You are using a scanner that requires TWAIN support. You should be able to rename the TWAIN file that is giving you problems. Please back up the file for I don''t know how effective this is. Good luck.
