Does anyone know where I can find a list of .dll files for Windows me for certain applications (ex. display) so I can recover the ones that I supposedly deleted. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it.

The best (& only foolproof) way is to download the driver files for the respective bits of hardware, but if you know the filenames you could start by trying:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/index.shtml
Unfortunately you need to know the names of the missing file and you'll find that there are actually thousands of them - many obscure, single use ones. Try just putting the filename in Google for others and see what comes up, but check them carefully before use.
