DLLHOST.EXE virus

CPU/Ram: Celeron 256 ram

I was told by an ISP tech support that I have the DLLHOST.exe virus. The instructions for removal do not include a patch for ME version. Does this mean that the DLLHOST virus does not affect the ME version??
