You can go into system tools in Win me and then select tools and then select extract and that will extract the cab files that you need!!!!

I need the following dll.
comctl32.dll.
I tried extracting it and copying it to the system file (sucessfully) but everytime I start windows (3 out of 6 times it seems) i keep getting the Explorer.exe caused comctl32.dll to be corrupt...or something like that.

When i start Windows, i get a warning that i seem to miss a file. It is the file called:
TOPASSSRVAUTOMATION.DLL
