thanks for your help,but another question ,when i extract it where do I put this file cant figure what this file is for,when i use my help file it tells me thats what I,m missing.do i extract to the CAB bin ir to drive C thanks again

Hi tried to do system restore on a compaque computer with windows me when I did it took me too far back to when we had dial up I then went to system restore and told it to undo the last restore...after that it bought up box saying dll file missing can not be found now I cant even get back to system restore. everything I try tells me file cant be found what can I do to go back to system restore and get a date to restore the computer Im using a friends computer to find out this information any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
