The rare and often shy .dll is a native of the silicon valley area, and often goes missing on the wishes of a certain Mr B Gates who is the .dll park warden. If you go to the area early in the morning you can sometimes catch Mr Gates telling the .dll's to go missing so ordinary people have to buy his upgrades

Sounds like the workings of the ME bugs are starting to invade you space. Or it could your soundblaster if you have one installed its all up to mr gates on sb2sph.dll what program its assigned to(soundslike blaster mind said sb16.dll). figure that out and reinstall drivers software my friend, check 4 updates as well.
