i recently was asked to download shockwave player and when trying to install the following messages appeared: DIRECTOR PLAYER ERROR..This app requires xtra (flash movie) that eith does not exist or failed to initalize properly. Please make sure appropriate xtras are in xtras folder. 2nd message: Shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback problems.. Please contact the author of this content regarding this problem. Shockwave unable to continue. PLEASE HELP,, I don;t know what caused these problems... i don't know why i lost xtras and certainly need help recovering or making corrections.. shockwave player had always worked fine in the past, so i don't know what caused the change to my system that required me to reinstall shockwave player and was not able to due to above messages.. All assistance is greatly appreciated..
