Search for dirapi.dll. Document in a text file its current location, place this text file in your documents folder and dont delete it. Create a folder on your desktop and name it "dirapi". Copy dirapi.dll from its current location and paste it into the folder you created on your desktop. Now delete dirapi.dll from the original location. Attempt to install the software.
If no error occurs with the installation of the rio software this was the problem.
Do not delete the dirapi.dll file yet. This file is related to many programs and may be needed. It is not needed for normal windows operation. Run your system as you normally would for a while. If you receive no errors delete the folder and its contents from your desktop. If after deciding to delete the file you experience an error message about dirapi.dll missing you can find it in the cab file named WIN_10.CAB. Extract dirapi.dll to its original location and problem should be gone.
