Dialup Virus?

Every time I dialup my ISP my icon properties are changed: Name becomes: ConnInts1 Telephone becomes: 01168800141 My dial-up window icon gets changed to Earthlink_OLD and the standard one gets changed as above. This happens every time. Any suggestions?

It was a valid problem, which was solved when somebody advised me to get rid of it with Spybot Search & Destroy. My ISP settings were OK and svchost.exe changed them everytime I dialled out - Spybot was able to highlight the file and enabled me to remove it.
