device causing a resourse conflict

Device manager (click)
hard disk controllers
! intel82371AB/PCI bus master IDE controller
click on the controller, message:
Device status: this device is causing a resourse conflict code 15 ??????????

maybe unistall the divice install it again allways has worked for me
