power up my computer and the desktop does not respond when I clik on icon. have to restart the computer to get acsess to the dsktop, what am I doing wrong.

hello what type of computer you got added any new soft ware any other recent issues or probelms.have you looked in device manager for problems checked system statis from system tool?ect.

running window me whit hp pavillon 8776c have install high speed internet when I open my computer I do not have acsess to my desktop when i double clic an icon on desktop nothing happen I have to restart the computer to get acsess to desktop function
