My Windows Me computer doesn't work. The Login screen comes on, at which point I either login or press cancel. Then nothing happens. The desktop doesn't load. I even tried booting it up in Safe mode, but nothing works. Can someone please help me?

Scott Froese, sound to me like your boot routine has become corrupted. Maybe a boot disk will let you access ME. Then restore? Maybe you need to replace the file? If the rest of your files are still there, we just need to get it to boot. HTH. Ed in Texas.
