How are you going to install "mac 10.3" if you don't have a disc?

You stated your OS is XP, and you're asking a MAC question in the Windows ME Forum.

If all you want to do is wipe clean your hard drive, just use a boot disk to delete the partition, re-create a partition, and format it! I don't know, however, if you can use a Mac restore disk on a clean partition.
