Delete/Uninstall Programs

Is it safe just to delete a Program which does not have an "Uninstall" Feature build in and is not listed in the "Add/Remove Programs"? Thanks.

In such case,do it and then search for files and registry entries left behind to delete them... (a registry cleaner like the one in jv16 power tools is useful for this)

hello you can delete the folder for it in programs and thand clean any of it registry enteries out of the reg to manaualy clean reg goto start,run,type regedit, goto hkey local user,soft ware,your programs name,right click it chose delete. close that box back goto hkey loacal machine soft ware, and do the same. next do search files and folders remove any of its leftovers. you might allso look for enteries under start menu.
