hi,
When i delete any thing, it is permenantiy deleted, it does not go to Recycle Bin first.
In Recycle Bin properties, the "DO NOT MOVE FILES TO THE RECYCLE BIN" is NOT checked.
Also the registry value that controls that is set to 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\BitBucket
Name= NukeOnDelete
Value= 0 [move deleted files to Recycle Bin]
= 1 [ dont move deleted files to Recycle Bin].
Appreciate any suggestion.

NOTE : I had many problems, some not related, and some i dont know. Most of them fixed.

Have you tried checking the option to not move files to the recycle bin, rebooting, then unchecking it and rebooting again to see if it helps?

Have you got a successful fix compassion? My computer is doing the same thing, after a Spyaxe infection and I am looking for a solution as well. I am running XP.
