I deleted rundll32.exe as recommended to fix my freezing screen problem, I see I was misled in a very unfriendly way. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this, i have a compaq cpu and I do not have any disks that came with it except a recovery cd that I do not believe has anything that will help me with. I would much appreciate it if someone can walk me through a fix to this major problem.

Thanks in advance to all who are to reply.

Did you manage to fix the freezing screen problem? I must have missed that post. If you are still having difficulty with that problem, please post it here again.
