When I right click a folder, like MY DOCUMENTS, I get the screen: open, explore, and then there's the next line I want to delete, but I can't. Is there a way to delete this?

start/settings/control panel/folder options/view tab/Uncheck the box that says "show my documents on the desktop". This will remove the My documents from the desktop but will not delete it. It is not a shortcut. My Computer My Network Places Recycle Bin are also not shortcuts with delete as a rightclick option.
