I would keep them both that way if you have a problem with Windows ME you may be able to fix it from within Windows 2000. That is the main reason I keep Windows 2000 on my computer. Just set Windows 2000 to boot to Windows ME as the first boot option. Then if for some reason you cant get into Windows ME you have the choice of Windows 2000.
