My task bar and systray and clock disappear and then if they do appear I get a hour glass. I cant use the whole thing. I have had 8 trojan horses that have been deleted and spyware cookies. I am using eanthology for virus protection. I just want to know how to restore my systray or my whole operating system WITHOUT having to rebuild my whole system. If I use system restore, then I have to go back to square one.

Look in C:\windows\option\cabs\ You should be able to reinstall Millenium from there if your operating system was preinstalled. However, your way better off by doing a fresh install from CD-Rom onto a clean (Formatted) hard drive. If I'm worried about a virus, I'd also repartition the drive before a format and reset the bios to factory default settings to remove any bugs from there! Bob/808
