can anyone help me? When I try to view items on Ebay, my computer gets locked up. I do control alt delete then I get these ddhelp error and GID.exe messages and I dont know what that is or how to fix. I would appreciate any help. I have spent hours on the online chat with Ebay support and Comcast Support and we still cant find out what problem is. Appreciate any advice.
