I would like to know wether it is possible to use your phone line to transfer files from one computor to the other I have a toshiba saterlite(pentium 6oohz 6gighd 64ram)laptop runing windows2000me The desktop is the same but is running win98 +10gighd.If its only software i need -were can one get it.

other ways include using an online harddrive
to upload to and then download from.
or using icq or another instant messenger. you can have it set to auto recieve files from a user.
using irc such as mirc dcc.
