I get an error message in avicap.dll and sometimes msipcsv.exe. I haven't been able to make the camera work even if I followed the step-by-step instructions. An error message "Failed to initialize video capture board...." always comes up. Does this mean I have a defective camera? I have tried installing this under Windows 98 and Windows ME but the same message keeps on appearing. I am using WinME.
