How do I update these files. I ran Dr. Watson and in the log it said I needed to update these two files. Please help.

The MMTASK error in DrWatson is a bug. 99% of the people that run DrWatson in ME have the "problem" mmtask. Ignore it.

CTFMON.exe is part of the Office XP suite.

There are instructions there on how to prevent it from running.
