Creating Back up disk

Hard disk is in danger of failing. I need to back up my files, but I can't find anything in the system other than creating a start up disk. Is there a way to do this? After four years, I would hate to have to start all the way over when it dies.

Scandiskwoes3344, hard to argue with the free price. Suggestion for you to consider is to get an external HDD and put the back up on it. Since you state you are gonna need one anyway, the difference in price between internal/external might be worth it. Another thing to look into is an internal slave for the backupwhich could be changed later. HTH. Ed in Texas.
