While trying to install Picture It! Publishing Platinum edition. CPITOOL5.DLL comes up saying file not found.Picture It! is from Microsoft.

Cora, have you had any luck finding out why "Picture It" comes up with the message "A reqired DLL file. CPITOOL5.DLL" comes up? I'm also having that same problem. Also, when I try to uninstall I get the message "internal error 2735. UninstalShoeboxDLL", are you experencing any problem like this?, please forward any info you might have. Oh, by the way do you know if the DLL file "CPITOOL5.DLL" cAN BE DOWN LOADED.
Summary: when I go in to dial up networking and the leave it..I get the message "explore has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL" and it frezzes the system causing me to re-boot manually.. any ideas ? thanks ...
