Hello: I just installed updated my Mcaffee online program and I got this message at startup "Win32DLL file corrupted..please replace." The computer seems to work fine now. What to do??-Mark H

If everything's working, including McAfee, I wouldn't do anything! But you could find the file using search and then download a new copy to have in reserve.
