Corrupt .dll's in WindowsME

Comment:
Unable to download web pages. Either stalls at 1/8 page and quits or won't load page at all. MSN support tells me I need to reload WindowsME to refresh .dll's but my OEM software forces me to wipe out PC and start over. Options? Can I find a site and download just .dll's and replace?

Yes. There are web sites that have commonly shagged dll's and you can also get them from the windows cd. Lost or missing dll's are a common question on here. I suggest you try the search facility in the top right and you're sure to find the answer!
