safe to delate all cookies...when you visit a web site the company sends a cookie to your computer with information about you ,what pages you are looking at etc so when you come back next time they will know who you are etc. they are little bits of information..some people dont like them because they think people are spying on them but there basically harmless..

hello
its true its safe to delete all cookies .but there are those cookies that have your your id stored for easy acces to some sights if you delete them you will have to resign back in each time you go there.
and next and veary importantent is not all cookies are safe or wanted. to get rid of the unsafe ones you can down load ad-ware anti spy ware tool to remove these and other nasty spy programs from your computer
you can get ad-ware at http://www.downloads dot com
its free and efective.
