Hi people me again.You remember me Im the dumb guy who asks the stupid questions lol.Anyway I have just discovered that I have 750 cookies in one folder and 3,899 files in a folder called temporary internet folders.My question then is it cool for me to delete these files and stuff.And also is there any more of these files etc that I can or should delete. Thanks in advance for any help you people can offer me. jon :o)

You can delete cookies and temp files with no harm. You can go to start/programs/accessories/system tools/disk clean up and select any or all items to be deleted.

Tick "off line content" as well - this clears out a surprising amount.
I always then go to the temp file /edit/select all/delete to clear the cookies, although I believe you can do this from internet options in IE6

To keep files from building up in TIF, in Internet Explorer click on Tools/Internet Options; on the Advanced tab check the box next to "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed," click on Apply and OK.
Delindex deletes TIF, cookies, and a whole lot more.
